Added to that, 65% of the students use English in their social media. Surprisingly, 59% of students read English newspapers at home. Furthermore, 65% use English to browse the internet, and 61% watch English television channels and YouTube channels. According to the results 81% of the students use English with their siblings at home. The results have been analyzed using SPSS descriptive analysis.

A questionnaire survey was used to conduct the examination among 200 university students. In this kind of context, this study investigates the motivation of university students to use the English language beyond the classroom. Accordingly, English proficiency is a compulsory requirement for them. Students have their own plans to move abroad for their studies or employment after graduation.
